Powered by a Dapu mid-drive which produces high torque and a whopping 48v20ah Samsung Li-Ion battery, this electric bike appeals to so many riders, from commuters to farmers and holidaymakers. Designed to easily fold up for convenient transportation and with fat 20" x 3" tyres these bikes glide over most surfaces with ease. Equipped with a Tektro hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano nexus internal 7 speed hub gears which provide next to no maintenance requirements. Cruising with a left-hand thumb throttle assist up to 40km/hr, the Scout XT can travel up to a whopping 120km on a single charge. The LS low step through frame offers easier mounting and dismounting. A one-size small/medium frame design fits most riders. Connections are Marine rated waterproof for big adventures and the power can be restricted for those wanting a bit less.
