How much does shipping cost for bikes?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $99. For bulky items like mountain bikes or e-bikes, a specialized freight surcharge may apply depending on your delivery zone.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled in a safety box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We provide a basic tool kit and video guides to help you.
What is your return policy for gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets once they have been worn.
Do you offer professional bike servicing?
Yes, every 99 Bikes location features a full-service workshop. You can book everything from a basic safety check to a comprehensive premium overhaul through our online booking portal.
Are your bikes covered by a warranty?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. Most frames are covered for a minimum of 5 years, while components typically carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I choose 'Click & Collect' for my order?
Absolutely. You can purchase online and collect your bike from any of our 99 Bikes store locations. Our mechanics will even build and tune it for you for free if you choose this option.
