Fitted with a kid's specific saddle, smaller, narrower bars, smaller diameter grips, reach-adjustable brakes and a shorter crankset to suit smaller riders. Designed to take higher volume 16" x 2.125" tyre, the Skid 16 has plenty of mud clearance. These bigger tyres increase the contact area and providing a more comfortable ride, extra control and grip. To keep your child’s clothing and fingers out to the drivetrain, the bike comes with a chainguard that completely covers the chain and chainrings. The Skid 16 also comes with lightweight training wheels that can easily be removed once they have been outgrown.
